As an independent benchmarking organisation, IBF does not offer consulting services. However, on request we do act as a strategic advisor to IBF member organisations, normally in support of major intranet upgrade projects.
Through our IBF Advisory service, we can provide:

a presence on your steering group

help in recommending and reviewing agencies/technology proposals

access to the experience and knowledge of our members and other organisations with high-performing intranets.
Our role is to use our unique understanding of the intranet industry and major intranets to act as a strategic, impartial guide.
IBF Advisory in action

A major financial services organisation and IBF member was embarking on a global intranet transformation programme. We sat on the steering group, advised on the selection of technology vendors and agencies, and provided ad hoc advice as needed.

For a major retailer and IBF member, we helped them examine the business case for creating a single, integrated intranet portal, drawing on data and experiences from other companies of similar size.
