What is IBF?
IBF is a private, entrepreneurial and highly adaptive company. We have evolved as a mainly virtual, hyper-flexible and innovative organisation, and we’re always on the lookout for exceptional people to join us.
We are a confidential, global, members-only intranet benchmarking group and the leading authority on intranet and digital workplace performance and best practice. We have over 100 member organisations such as BT, Microsoft, BP, Nokia, and Ernst & Young, with more joining us every month.
We have all the usual “business as usual” infrastructure with very solid processes, systems and people but we also have created a fresh, responsive and energetic global environment in which to work.
We have a range of roles and needs within IBF globally and we are constantly growing and evolving – rather like the world of intranets and workplace technology.
Will IBF suit you?
We act fast and with high intelligence so IBF is not for everyone. But for those in the team, it is a fascinating business to work for and with. We have a workforce of around 40 people globally now and we exploit and use technologies and play with new apps to help us work faster, more flexibly and better.
If you like the idea of working at very high levels of quality and engagement combined with passionate attachment to virtual team-working in an extremely powerful global team, then IBF is for you. You need to be very strong in areas where we are looking for freelance and on-staff resource – as the rest of the team will expect a lot from you. That said, we’re a very supportive team, we have lots of challenges and fun as we drive forward the world of work and technology.
