When you submit a contact form we will ask you to supply your name, email address, job title, company and contact details. We may also ask you to indicate the membership service(s) you are interested in finding out more information about.
The IBF require this information to process your information request quickly and efficiently.
When you submit a survey response we may ask you for a range of information aimed at establishing market trends or adapting our services to suit you.
How do we store your information and is it safe?
The IBF are committed to protecting the security of your data and use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

The IBF will not keep your information for longer than is necessary and will take steps to ensure that it is kept up to date. The IBF will not share your information with third parties, or make any use of it, without your permission (unless we are required to do so by statute or by an authorised body in order to aid the investigation or prevention of crime).
What else should I know about my privacy?
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online – for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas – that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
