As an IBF member you’ll have exclusive access to a treasure trove of intranet research and knowledge resources
Our online library includes a huge selection of commissioned reports and briefing papers, together with notes and recordings from IBF member events and visual tours of some of the world’s best sites.
Members regularly use our research for problem-solving, decision-making and as a source of ideas for interaction and knowledge sharing.
When one member had 48 hours to produce a detailed business case for a new intranet metrics package she turned straight to our member extranet…Read more about how members use our research
We publish at least six research papers a year, most of which are only available to IBF members. Recent examples include highly popular reports on “Measuring Intranets” and “Intranet Platforms”, which members tell us they reference extensively in developing their sites.
During 2013, we’ll publish six research reports examining some of the most pressing issues facing intranet managers today, as decided by our members:
- Social intranets: ROI, business process alignment and adoption strategies
- SharePoint 2013 for intranets
- Developing user-centred information architecture
- The art of collaboration
- Measurement of internal communications
- Employee directories.
You can see more details of our 2013 programme and a full list of reports from previous years by downloading our 2013 research factsheet.
IBF’s approach is to bring our research into the room at IBF member meetings, with opportunities to explore and discuss findings with the report’s author and other members.
If you know of an organization that would make a good case study for any of the research topics we’re covering, please contact us.
