We publish at least six research papers a year, most of which are only available to IBF members. Recent examples include highly popular reports on “Measuring Intranets” and “Intranet Platforms”, which members tell us they reference extensively in developing their sites.

During 2013, we’ll publish six research reports examining some of the most pressing issues facing intranet managers today, as decided by our members:
- Social intranets: ROI, business process alignment and adoption strategies
- SharePoint 2013 for intranets
- Developing user-centred information architecture
- The art of collaboration
- Measurement of internal communications
- Employee directories.
You can see more details of our 2013 programme and a full list of reports from previous years by downloading our 2013 research factsheet.
IBF’s approach is to bring our research into the room at IBF member meetings, with opportunities to explore and discuss findings with the report’s author and other members.
If you know of an organization that would make a good case study for any of the research topics we’re covering, please contact us.
